Our experience has taught us to pay keen attention to our customers needs and concerns and prioritize our recommendations accordingly. Every vehicle and customer situation is different and need be treated specific to that customer.

We provide a PPI on EVERY vehicle leaving our shop. PPI stands for Parts, Photos & Invoicing-Parts (Old Parts from the vehicle), Photos (digital of all work performed) and Invoice (detailed invoicing showing all parts, labor, estimates and authorizations for all work performed).
Every customer has a digital photo file of their vehicle repairs shown to them on a high-def big screen TV in the customer lobby. This not something you ask for, it is company policy that every customer be shown exactly what was performed on their vehicle, shown for inspection ALL the old parts that were replaced and simple straight forward authorized invoicing.
We have been using this method and earning our customers trust & respect for over 10 years. For the last 12 years we have made it a company policy for every technician to carry a digital camera. On EVERY vehicle EVERY day we provide digital photos of the before, during and after repairs, service or maintenance we our providing.
